Carl Fuller
Principal Petroleum Economist
Carl Fuller is a principal economist in the petroleum economics segment of the Vantage team at IHS Markit.

Mr. Fuller is responsible for the research and modelling of upstream petroleum fiscal systems within Vantage. Although primarily responsible for the APAC and Middle East regions, he has broad experience working with fiscal and regulatory regimes from across the globe. Prior to joining IHS Markit he has worked in various consulting and advisory roles, dealing with petroleum economics for asset and company valuation for a wide range of clients, including supermajors and large national oil companies. He received a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Kent in Economics with Econometrics.
